  1. Distinguished Talent: –

Individuals who possess a unique set of skills and those who are internationally recognized in fields such as sports, musicians, artists are capable to apply for this.

Types of Visa with Which You Can Migrate to Australia:-

  1. Australian General Skilled Migration Program Visa (Subclass 189): –

This visa is for individuals who migrate to Australia through the points-based system who are not nominated by an employer or family member or Australian State or territory government allowing them to work as a permanent resident of Australia.

  1. Australia Skilled Nominated Migration Visa (Subclass 190): –

This visa is for individuals who migrate to Australia through the points-based system who are nominated by an employer or family member or Australian State or territory government allowing them to live & work as a permanent resident of Australia.

  1. Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa (Subclass 489): –

This type of visa allows skilled workers to live & work in certain specified regions of Australia under Australia Skilled migration for a period of up to 4 years. This particular visa can be obtained only through invitation.

  1. Australia Temporary Worker Skilled Visa (Subclass 457): –

Temporary Skilled Worker Visa allows the candidate to migrate to Australia and work in their nominated occupation for a period of up to 4 years. The candidate is eligible for this visa only if he/she is sponsored by a business which is approved.

  1. Australia Skilled Employer General (Subclass 186): –

This is a permanent visa for the skilled workers which allows them to work in Australia under the below-mentioned streams.

  1. The Temporary Residence Transition Stream
  2. The Direct Entry Stream
  3. The Agreement Stream

    6. Australia Skilled Employer Regional Sponsored (Subclass 187): –

This visa is for the skilled workers who are sponsored by a company in Australia. The 187 visa offers three streams which are mentioned below:

  1. The Temporary Residence Transition Stream
  2. The Direct Entry Stream
  3. The Agreement Stream

Eligibility Criteria to migrate to Australia Through Australia Skilled Migration Programs: –

  1. The candidate should get an invitation to apply for Australia Skilled migration Program from the Australian Government.
  2. The applicant/candidate must be nominated for an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list.
  3. The applicant must possess a skill assessment certificate from a relevant authority who is nominated for your occupation.
  4. The applicant should have scored the required points that are required to migrate to Australia through the Australia Skilled Migration Program.
  5. The applicant should have a competent level of English.
