The Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) including Quebec PNP enables Provincial and Territorial governments in Canada to attract immigrants to their region.
Quebec PNP – Selected Skilled Worker Program
The Quebec PNP Selected Skilled Worker Program selects applicants who demonstrate the skills and ability to become economically established in Quebec. The Province of Quebec has a separate selection process and different assessment requirements compared to Canada’s process. However, Citizenship and Immigration Canada acknowledges the selection of applicants who meet the Quebec immigration selection criteria and these applicants are eligible to apply for Permanent Residency (PR) for Canada.
The Pretty Look Quebec Holds: –
The province is known for its beautiful places making it an apt place for sight-seeing. Quebec has plenty of provinces within it and one couldn’t simply walk without having a second look. The beautiful landscapes and the never vanishing warmth in the atmosphere is one of the best reasons why you should immigrate to Quebec.
Once the applicants meet the requirements and receive a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), they are required to complete medical and security examinations conducted by the Canadian government to be granted a PR visa.
As of January 2016, candidates for immigration to Canada through the Quebec PNP Selected Skilled Worker Program must use Mon projet Québec to apply. Through Mon projet Québec, candidates complete their application, make payments and stay updated on the status of their application.
To receive a Quebec Selection Certificate through Quebec PNP, a single (unmarried) applicant must score at least 50 points based on the Quebec Selection System and an applicant with a spouse or common-law partner must score at least 59 points.
